In an effort to nurture creativity and channel interest in filmmaking among the younger generation, the University Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) Film Program has initiated a simple movement to facilitate audiences in enjoying works by UMN students. In this innovative approach, UMN has streamlined the process for schools to collectively watch selected works by UMN students.
The program aims to inspire students to explore their creativity and storytelling abilities by providing the necessary resources and support to bring their cinematic visions to life. Through a simple online form provided by UMN, schools can now easily watch films created by UMN students together, as well as allowing their students to gain valuable insights.
By removing barriers and simplifying the process, UMN hopes to democratize access to filmmaking education and empower students from various backgrounds to pursue their interests in storytelling. Whether through short films, documentaries, or experimental projects, the program encourages students to unleash their creativity and share their unique perspectives with the world.
